Northstar Cleaning (“we”) runs this website to take booking requests for cleaning services in Toronto. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a booking request we collect what you enter: your name, phone number and/or email, the property address or neighbourhood, unit details, dates, access instructions any notes, and the photos you upload with your request. After a job we keep the photos taken of the property for that job.

How we use it

Only to quote, schedule and carry out your cleaning, to contact you about that booking, and to keep a record of the work. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify, and booking requests (including photos) are received and stored through Netlify Forms. Cleaners assigned to your job see only the details they need to do it, such as the address, access instructions and checklist.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and job photos for as long as we need them for the service and our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To do that, reply to any message you've received from us.
