Do you supply linens and towels?
We make beds and set out towels using the clean sets you keep in the unit, and bag the used ones. If you need laundry handled, mention it in your booking and we'll quote it.
Do you report damage or missing items?
Yes. Anything broken, stained or missing is photographed and included in your report, so you have evidence ready if you need to raise it with the guest or platform.
Can you schedule every turnover for me?
Yes. Tell us you want recurring turnovers and send your booking calendar link. We schedule each clean around your reservations.
